Arrived quickly after contact with samples brought to the house, with addition samples provided later on until we found exactly the carpet that we wanted, supported by Steve. Steve attended within 24 hours of me contacting him to re-stretch a carpet which had been poorly fitted by another company six months ago.  It now looks so much better.
